1. Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the service date.
- Refunds will only be considered if the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon expectations or scope outlined in the contract or initial agreement.
- Refunds do not apply to any services that have been fully rendered and accepted by the client.
2. Non-Refundable Services:
- Any non-refundable deposits or retainers are not eligible for refund unless otherwise stated in the contract.
- Services that have been partially completed are eligible for partial refunds based on the amount of work already completed.
3. Refund Process:
- To request a refund, please contact us via email with details of your request.
- Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 30 days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Modifications and Cancellations:
- Any changes or cancellations to services must be communicated at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid any cancellation fees.
- Failure to notify us in advance may result in forfeiture of any payments made.
5. Exceptions:
- Refunds will not be issued for services that were delayed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, client unavailability).
